We contribute, in our own way, to the preservation of the environment by offering you sustainably designed furniture and reasonable collections, in order to offer you an alternative to the over-consumption of decorative furniture.
Solid wood furniture
Responsible manufacturing
A circular economy
Ethical commitments
All dendro furniture is made of solid wood, and is manufactured from solid pine from sustainably managed forests located close to our factory in Poland. Natural and robust, solid wood is synonymous with quality and durability. Once cut, it even becomes a real sensor of CO2 present in the air.
Because we know that today's wood panel furniture (melamine, MDF, etc.) is made with glues that are rich in solvents, in particular formaldehyde, a highly controversial chemical substance classified as carcinogenic by the IARC. We advocate the exclusive use of solid wood. Our solid wood furniture contains solvent-free glues and paints with a VOC content close to zero. They undergo the minimum of transformation to keep all the authenticity of the wood.
Dendro furniture is manufactured and assembled in the traditional way. The finishing touches are made by hand by our craftsmen in our workshop. As part of our commitment to the environment, we have eliminated the use of solvents in the glues we use and selected paints with a VOC content as close to zero as possible to avoid any irritation to the respiratory tract and to ensure that the air in our homes is cleaner.
In the same way, we select quality accessories, made in an artisanal way and favour local suppliers. By manufacturing responsibly, we want to offer sustainable furniture, better thought out and better produced.
In order to limit our impact on the environment, we have put in place, on our own scale, a circular economy during the various stages of manufacturing our furniture. The cuts are optimised to avoid as much waste as possible. These are then reintroduced into the manufacturing process for the design of wooden boxes or other furniture components. If this is not possible, the remaining offcuts are processed into pellets for household heating stoves.
Beyond the improvement of the manufacturing process, we attach importance to being able to act with associations in the fight against the race to consume and for the sustainability of the planet. We participate in environmental and social actions: payment of our profits to the "Zero Waste" association on the day of Black Friday to fight against this call to overconsumption, collection of toys at Christmas in favour of underprivileged children, or a waste collection day. Our objective is to participate in our own way, and as we evolve, in more actions for sustainable development.
In keeping with our eco-responsible approach, it is important to us to give a second life to the solid wood used in the manufacture of furniture.
This forest certification attests to the sustainable management of the forest and respect for its environmental, societal and economic functions.
Currently 2 years, we intend to extend the warranty of our furniture to 5 years in order to offer you high quality furniture, but also to limit our impact on the planet.
